Buffet Menu Items

The Blue Note offers to serve the head table up to 20 for a wedding.  The head table is served a plate with every food item.    There is an additional charge for any number above 20 or additional tables.   All meals are priced per plate include the meat choice(s), two vegetable choices, caesar salad, dinner rolls, and coffee. 

Food & Beverage

All food and beverage will be supplied by Blue Note Catering and must be consumed in the time frame of the event.  Food and beverage will not be allowed to leave the building.  The Blue Note, Inc. as a licensee, is responsible for the administration and sales of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with the State of  Minnesota Liquor Statues and the City of Winsted Liquor Ordinances.  Therefore,  all liquor, beer and wine consumed at this facility must be supplied by The Blue Note.  All prices are subject to change.  All of our catered meal prices are based on a buffet style service.   All on site meals are served with glass plates and real silverware.   Off site meals are served with paper plates and plastic silverware.

Cancellations

In the event that you cancel your function, your deposit is non-refundable.  You will be held responsible for the contracted food and beverage minimum if you cancel your function within one week of its scheduled date

Deposits

​Room rental is due at the time of booking your event.  Ballroom rental is $450.00.   Rent includes tables and chairs.   Projector and screen available for extra cost.​

Payments & Billing​​

Final payment for total estimated charges, including food and beverage with service and sales tax, is due 7 days prior to the event.  Any additional charges will be due at the completion of the event
